The spirit of MODWE is reflected in Leonard Cohen’s inspirational Democracy is Coming to the USA. But why do such “grassroots” movements fade after a few years, and how can we change that?

    Merle, maybe because the average American isn’t angry enough. Flawed as it is, the system works well enough for most people that they’re more likely to stay home and watch the protesters than join them.
